Century-a-Month Challenge
A year-long fitness challenge
Any DBCer who completes at least one ride a month of 100 miles or longer for 12 consecutive months will receive...well...not much. Except the complete and utter admiration of the club. And a year of fitness and fun.
Each ride can be a solo effort, an organized century ride, or a club-led ride. Brevets or permanent routes also qualify.
Rules are simple:
- Challenge is open to any DBC member.
- Complete at least one ride of (okay...) 95 miles or longer for 12 consecutive months.
- At the end of the month, email your results to Deb Ford so she can tabulate them on this page.
- If you complete more than 1 century in any month, let her know.
- Double centuries count as 2; you'll rack up 7 for a 1200km Grand Randonnee.
- This is on the honor system. Enough said.
