This is an easy-going ride to Winters. We meet at the intersection of Lake Boulevard and the Russell bike path.
The route is flat and follows the bike path to Road 95/Stevenson Bridge Road, then south to Putah Creek Road, and west into Winters. We stop in Winters for a casual dinner at one of the restaurants before heading back to Davis along the same route. Be sure to bring lights and wear reflective gear. Expect friendly conversation. No one will be left behind.
Ride subject to cancellation in the event of a high temperature forecast above 98 F.
Note for the shorter daylight hours, November thru February: If you plan to do the ride, give a shout out to the DBC Listserv. There may be other DBCers who would like to join you. (Ride isn't officially scheduled in the Ride Calendar during these months.)
