This is an easy-going ride to Winters. We meet at the intersection of Lake Boulevard and the Russell bike path. The route is flat and follows the bike path to Road 95/Stevenson Bridge Road, then south to Putah Creek Road, and west into Winters. We stop in Winters for a casual dinner at one of the restaurants before heading back to Davis along the same route. Be sure to bring lights and wear reflective gear. Expect friendly conversation. No one will be left behind.
Notes for the shorter day-light hours of fall, winter and spring: If you plan to do the ride, give a shout out to the DBC Listserv. There may be other DBCers who would like to join you. (It will not be officially scheduled in the Ride Calendar, however.)
